Method of entry

Entries open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years or over.
To enter, people will need to go to www.linkme.com.au and join. Existing members can add people to their LinkMe network to obtain extra chances in the draw.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of the entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
Only one entry per person permitted.

Duration of Promotion

The promotion commences on Friday, 21 July 2006 and closes on Monday, 30 October 2006.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries, entries not received for any reason during the Promotion Period or for any periods of unavailability or technical difficulties with the on-line entry mechanism.

Details of Prizes and prize values

There will be one prize pool drawn valued at $12860. This will be a random draw.  Judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The total prize pool consists of an ultimate skiing holiday for one LinkMe member and three friends, who has joined and added their resume between 21st July 2006 and 30rd October 2006 OR was an existing member and has updated/added their resume or successfully added a contact to their LinkMe network between 21st July 2006 and 30rd October 2006:

1. A choice of personalised product (skis or snowboard – limited to one snowboard or a pair of skis each) and appropriate bindings for up to four people RRP approx AUD$1200 each

From Mount Hotham Skiing Company Pty Ltd

1. Accommodation for up to four people for five nights at Hotham in the deluxe Sambuca apartment (or equivalent) during the 2007 season subject to availability RRP $4000 in total
2. Lift passes for four people for five days (midweek) RRP $1200 in total
3. Resort entry pass for five nights for two vehicles RRP $300 in total

From Extreme Mountain Spirit (XMS)

1. Ski outerwear (pants and jackets) for each of the four people.  RRP approx $600 each 
2. Pair of socks for each of the four people.  RRP approx $20 each
3. Mobile phone vouchers.  RRP approx $20 each

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable.

Date time and place of draw

The draw will be conducted on Tuesday, 31st October 2006 at 1.00 pm at Ground floor, 615 Dandenong Road Armadale Victoria 3143.  The winner will be determined by random draw of all entrants.

Name of the newspaper and the date on which the results will be published

The winner will be notified by phone and then email.  The name and address of the winner will be published in The Adelaide Advertiser and The Australian on Saturday, 4th November 2006.

If an unclaimed prize draw is to be conducted

If the prize is not claimed by Wednesday, 31 January 2007, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted by the Promoter on Thursday, 1st February 2007 at 1.00pm on ground floor, 615 Dandenong Road, Armadale, Victoria, 3143

Other

All entries become the property of the Promoter.  By entering this promotion, you understand and agree that the Promoter may use and disclose the information provided by you (including for marketing and publicity purposes) as set out in the Promoter’s Privacy Statement available at linkme.com.au.
Management, employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
Incomplete or incomprehensible entries and entries which contain inappropriate or offensive material are ineligible to win. 
The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, (including but not limited to) any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in this competition.
Accommodation must be taken by winner and tree nominated people at the same time in the same apartment and is subject to availability.  The accommodation prize is for five nights only on Mt Hotham, Victoria, Australia.
The winner and tree nominated people will be responsible for organising and paying for all transportation to and from the resort.
Ski gear can either be fitted and collected in Melbourne or else can be delivered to winner’s nominated address.
The winner and tree nominated people should arrange their own insurance.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for injury or loss incurred in participating in the promotion.  By accepting the prize the winner and the 3 nominated people indemnify LinkMe from any loss as a result of participating in the prize.
By accepting the prize, the winner and the three nominated people acknowledge that skiing can be dangerous.
All prizes are subject to availability.  Where a prize is either out of stock or booked out at the time, the Promoter in conjunction with the provider of the prize with endeavour to arrange a satisfactory alternative.
