Terms and Conditions of Entry

Name of Promotion: Discover Me – Promote Me – Link Me - Win Me $100,000

Method of entry	Entry is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand aged 18 years or over. Entrants must join www.linkme.com.au or www.linkme.co.nz for FREE or be existing members. New members earn one chance in the draw when they join LinkMe within the promotion period. One extra chance is earned for each person added to your LinkMe network.  They must accept the invitation for you to be awarded with this extra chance. Each new or existing LinkMe member receives an extra chance in the promotion if they accept an invitation to join another LinkMe member’s network. Three extra chances are earned by uploading your resume to your LinkMe account during the competition period. Three extra chances are earned for updating your existing LinkMe resume. Entry is only possible online.
Duration of Promotion	The promotion commences Monday, 14 January 2008 and closes midnight on Tuesday 23, December 2008.
Details of Prizes and prize values	There will be one prize draw giving away one cash prize of AUD$100,000, a career makeover session with Geoff Morgan (worth AUD$500) and an 8GB iPod touch (worth AUD$419). There will be monthly prize draws giving away an 8GB iPod touch. All draws will be random. The total prize pool is AUD$105,528. Cash prize will be paid by cheque.
Date, time and place of draw	The major draw will be conducted on Wednesday, 24 December 2008 at 07.15am Sunrise studio, Martins Place, Sydney, 2000.  Monthly draws of 8GB iPod touch will be conducted at 12.30pm at LinkMe office Ground Floor, 615 Dandenong Road, Armadale, VIC, 3143 (this address is subject to change – notification will be supplied to respective licensing authorities and on www.linkme.com.au in due course) on the dates detailed below: q 11 February 2008 q 11 March 2008 q 7 April 2008 q 5 May 2008 q 2 June 2008 q 1 July 2008 q 4 August 2008 q 1 September 2008 q 6 October 2008 q 3 November 2008 q 1 December 2008
Name of the newspaper and the date on which the results will be published	The winners will be notified by phone and then email after 1.00pm on each of the dates specified above. The name and address of the monthly winners will be published in The Adelaide Advertiser, The Australian and New Zealand Herald two days* after each of the draws have taken place. The name and address of the major prize will be published in The Adelaide Advertiser, The Australian and New Zealand Herald on Monday, 29 December 2008. *Please refer to the section titled Date, time and place of draw for dates.

Other	All entries become the property of the Promoter.  By entering this promotion, you understand and agree that the Promoter may use and disclose the information provided by you (including for marketing and publicity purposes) as set out in the Promoter’s Privacy Statement available at linkme.com.au. Management and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter are not eligible to enter. Incomplete or incomprehensible entries and entries which contain inappropriate or offensive material are ineligible to win.  The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries, entries not received for any reason during the Promotion Period or for any periods of unavailability or technical difficulties with the on-line entry mechanism. Linkme reserves the right to reject entries which have obviously been accrued for the primary purpose of winning the promotion (robots, etc.)
